A little taste of “home” in France thanks to @thecookingguy . I watched his shows in San Diego as a teenager and I am excited about his YouTube success. I couldn’t pass up making his “wet” shredded beef burrito even though I had to grow my own enchiladas and am unable to purchase Nico’s tortillas in Biarritz. @beccalovesart said it’s my best burrito yet. Also made carnitas because why not?
